In a way they want to recover losses emanating from their own incompetence by raising tariffs.How many times have they raised tariffs for these ppeople and what improvements have we as consumers experienced with such hikes in the past years,the last one being last year that silent hike.In any case they themselves have told us the hydro thermal mix is 70/30.We use more hydro so why the need for an adjustment?is the water is the dam now being purchased,has the price of the water gone up.Just because of 30 % thermal generation they want such astronomical hikes.If these people cannot up their skill then lets liberalize that sector and privatize its operations,the national debate must begin now.
