President Mahama would do Ghana good if he brings Drs. Spio Garbrah and david Ampofo on board.
Dr. David Ampofo holds Phd in oil and gas. Ghana must face the truth and not waste his human resource

I hope the President and in this regard, the Council of state will seriously consider issues raised in this article. I opt for Dr. Spio- Garbrah as the man to take charge of this new ministry.

Energy is a Scientific subject and has a lot of Technological implications. In the first place, you cannot have CEO for Gas and Oil as suggested by the author because the 2 sources of energy are operating under different establishment.I will say we should evaluate the management of Human Resources in charge of Energy Sector. In my candid opinion,we must try as hard as possible to complet the Gas Processing Plant and the Bui Dam as a matter of urgency to increase power supply.I would like to know why the 2 Chinese Power Construction Companies have still not yet completed these most important energy projects. Please let's know what's going on.Thank you.

He seems to have fallen in the pecking order. I trust him to be the ideal person to head the gas and oil if Mahama has to pick someone .

Norvor, you started well but lost your readers when you became a campaign manager or lobbyist for Dr. Spio Garbrah.
It seemed you've already had the answer to your own question.
