1.) A succession of FAILED LEADERSHIPS
2.) A Government without a vision for the country
3.) A Government that does not care about the plight of the people
4.) A citizenry, though largely inter-married, so tribally focused in their thinking
5.) The best intellectuals have drifted out of the country
6.) An opposition party that dwells on pettiness, instead of helping to mold the democracy and governance
7.) We still export cocoa and import chocolate
8.) We found oil, yet domestic oil prices keep rising
9.) Gold prices are rising yet we don’t benefit because of unscrupulous arrangements to sell our interest
10.) Corruption at its helm biting at everything and stifling small businesses
11.) Everyone begging for something
12.) A country blessed but clueless as to how to use its resources.

What on earth, has been our achievements? Let's put into accounts days before 1957, and the days after.
Our forefathers, did their best to set us on a parth of righteousness, are we able to handle that and accomplished what they wish for us as a new born nation on the eve of 1957?
Let us put into account the blood that was shared for us, the Gold and forest reserves that was fought for, has all these come to help?
Our presidents that have come to handle the touch of our freedom have they so far been making the right decisions that te wheels on this nation could drive upon?
We really need to ask our selves some good questions.
Where has all the products and minurals of this country been going? We still have the same court buildings, airports, ship yards, universities and hospitals that we inherit since independents so what new stuff are we able to do.
Our Airforce, military, schools, farmlands( cocoa) Gold mines etc. Keep seen colmplet lose. Our railway lines is completely gone, completely out of the system and we call this great achievement?
I believe we should put the every thing aside and call the British to come and take over this country for the independent has not help. It's only benefiting ome group of individuals.
Our presidents comes into power without any plan. They just come to enrich them selves and their families (kokofu ball) is the key, main factor of the day. Since kalabule was eliminated, there has not been any good thin in replacement, so what?
Look a country like Ghana, still depend on Hydro electricity as its power source why? With all this big rivers, like the Volta lake, ghana still don't have good water system. Not even to the headrest village a mile away why?
This simple answer here is our presidents elects, comes to power with put any plan.
Untill a comprehensive plan is drafted, Ghana would one day be vanished, completely lost in the outerspace.
Look at what the so call sensible people, leaders are doing today, fighting for power, power struggling in court and even under political lines.
We need good schools, water for the entire nation, we need solar or nuclar power for our electricity now.
Long live Ghana, God bless Africa.

A teenage boy had just gotten his driver's license and inquired of his father as to when they could discuss his use of the car. His father said he'd make a deal with his son: 'You bring your grades up from a C to a B average, study your Bible a little, and get your hair cut. Then we'll talk about the car.'
The boy thought about that for a moment, decided he'd settle for the offer, and they agreed on it.
After about six weeks his father said, 'Son, you've brought your grades up and I've observed that you have been studying your Bible, but I'm disappointed you haven't gotten your hair cut.'
The boy said, 'You know, Dad, I've been thinking about that, and I've
noticed in my studies of the Bible that Samson had long hair, John the Baptist had long hair, Moses had long hair...and there's even strong evidence that Jesus had long hair.'
To this his father replied, 'Did you also notice they all walked everywhere they went?'
A good father should not make their Children have things their way.
A father should let their children know about sacrifice.
