You must be dreaming if you think those political promises were meant to be fulfilled. The people who voted for Mahama did not do that because they want the country to develop. They voted that way solely to spite the Ashantis and the Akans. They know Mahama cannot run the country but they voted for him anyway, if only to prevent the Akans from gaining power. Ever heard of buyers remorse? We haven't seen nothing yet. When the full impact of the fuel price increases start to hit home, we will see how his beloved people who are languishing in abject poverty will fare in this country. Maybe this will teach them a lesson and force them to vote with their brains next time, for once.
