I have no objection to picking a local coach but the coach must have proven himself in one way or the other. Which way did Appiah prove himself before being appointed to assist many coaches. All those coaches were sacked or left for one reason or the other but Appiah was still maintained. If the team has not been doing well, what guarantee do we have that an untrained and unproven assistant coach can solve our problem for us?
