Mr Mensah, I am glad Ghana's electoral system is no near what is in the US. The US system is a disgrace because the federal system is abused, especially by Republican governors to deny minorities and the poor the right to register and vote. This is because such people vote overwhelmingly for the Democratic party. If Ghana had such a system in place, there would be conflict. What has been happening in Florida casts a slur on the American electoral system and it's not fit for purpose. Florida's result for November 6, 2012 was delayed for days when even developing countries are now able to announce election results within reasonable time after voting has closed.

How do you know that the Judges at the Supreme Court will come out finally with the heavenly truth, without fear and favor?
And if they do otherwise, it would be after the harm is done that a post mortem examination could be done, and at that time, no one can reverse it.
'Federalism' as people in Ghana ignorantly call it 'matemeho', has its own merits and demerits and so is the Unitary form of government.
No institution on Earth is perfect, and
even one may digresshere to ask the questions:
Why should God create satan?
Why should God create death?
and lastly,
why should God create mosquito and tse-tse fly?

If they had seen both Ghana would not had found herself in such a disgraceful situation, where a President who has been sworn -in is being dragged to the Supreme Court.
If I were him, President Mahamah, I would had suspended my swearing -in ceremony until the verdict.
What would he do if the Supreme Court decides otherwise from the facts and truth?
The truth is what we need and not useless and baseless 'praise him', 'praise him' and 'crucify him',crucify him' articles like this one.
This is purely 'La la su la la' article.
When will God come down unto the Earth?
Oh no, good God, Please delay your coming for we are not ready. We do not speak the truth!

Opinions are free in every democratic society so I have no qualms but respect for your opinion. I hope I can count on you to reciprocate the gesture. There are many including me who believe strongly that the elections were stolen by Mahama and his NDC cohorts with the connivance of the Electoral Commission. When Nana Akuffo Addo made his famous "All die be die" statement his NDC detractors were quick to mis-characterize him as a war-monger but Nana simply meant "se kukru kukru no gyae a keka keka no so begyae". True to his word since there was no "kukru kukru" there was no corresponding "keka keka" effect .We need to pat each other on the back for the peaceful manner the elections were conducted. Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo and his dyed in the wool democrats, NPP petioners, have raised the democratic credentials of Ghana a notch higher by going to the law courts to seek redress from what they consider a stolen election instead of fighting hand to hand, street to street battles, the african norm. There were widespread irregularities and fraud before, during and after the december 2012 elections. What would the NDC do if they found themselves on the opposite side of the political spectrum, in the NPP's position ? If you don't have the answer consider this .Just after the 2008 elections, unrestrained raging mobs of NDC supporters besieged the EC offices and promised to rain fire and brimstone on Ghana if the elections were not declared in their favor, a far cry from what the NPP is doing today. As further evidence of his sincerity and belief in democracy and rule of law Nana Addo has promised that no matter the verdict, win or lose he will respect the ruling of the the Supreme Court. This is African democracy at its best. Let's give credit where it's due and give Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo and t5he NPP a standing ovation for making Ghana and Africa proud. This landmark case and subsequent ruling by the Supreme Court Judges will prove beyond every reasonable doubt who the true democrats are in Ghana and Africa, whether it's John Mahama and the NDC or Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo and the NPP .

You must be dreaming indeed. You want injustice to prevail in the peace of cemetry? Of course many Ghanaians (over 5million according to election results) are not satisfied with the 2012 elections and they are not dead.
