Asiedu Nketia gave the most childish logic. Comparing the evidence of the NPP to someone buying oranges from a supplier and 1.700 of these oranges going back and the supplier tells you bring those 1.700 oranges and you say no. Do we have duplicates of oranges?
The object of the NDC is not talking about facts, but propaganda. What NPP is saying is, that there are irregularities across 4800 polling stations. They have the duplicate sheets and the EC has the original sheets. So how can the NPP give you their duplications, which is the basis for which they are in court. Meanwhile you are denying all the irregularities mentioned by the NPP, therefore its up to the EC to do an internal research.
The NDC said NPP can`t go to court, because they dont have evidence and Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo just said so, so that the party people stop putting pressure on him.
Now that they are going to court, they are saying you told the general public there was fraud, but now you are referring to irregularities, that is inconsistent. The facts they are refusing to respond to is as follows; is it true that there were over 200.000 votes that presiding officer did not sign? Is it true, that there are over 600.000 over votes? Is is true, that there are over 400.000 people, who never went through verification machines? Is it true, that 1 out of every 8 votes that were casted, was casted irregularly? They dont respond to it.
The NDC has never ever proved one. They came and said, NPP dont know numbers, they dont understand figures. The question is, what is the number of ballot issued to voters on the polling station registar (this had to be answered before counting commenced)? What is the total number of ballot in the box (this had to be answered the presiding officer opened the box)? How come in many instances, these two numbers did not match (exceeded)? This is an irregularity and what did Dr. Afari Gyan say? He said, even when a single vote exceeds he will cancel the election. In some parts of the country indeed officers cancelled the results. Did you have two standards in the 2012 election? Why did they cancel some pollng stations and in some polling stations the results were not cancelled?
Then the NDC and EC are saying, because the NPP agents were at the polling stations, there could not have been any irregularities. The regulations applicable to the polling agents clearly state; "Do not handle any election material without the permission of the presiding officer. Do not try to supervise the work of the polling staff". So an polling agent does not even have the right to vet, what the presiding officer had done. There were even some instances where they made some agents sign, so they would enter the rest, with the explaination they were running out of time. In fact, one of the Au representatives was even complaining, that elections had not been completed and the forms had already been signed by the agents.
What Tsatsu Tsikata is good at is raising technicalities to delay cases. This is exactly what he did two days ago. If he really knew the rules of the court, which is basic and fundamental, then he knew before you can be allowed to speak before any judge on a pending matter, you should file an application to express your interest, did he do that? No, he embarased himself before court.
You are telling the whole country, NPP has no case, NPP has no evidence, NPP will lose, NPP is deceiving its supporters, NPP will never go to court. So why does the NDC bother at all? Why did they raid on members of NPP legal and communication team? Why not go and sleep? Why do you want to join the case? EC and Mahama all said the same thing in their response. As if they went and rehearsed it.

You have not understood anything! You and Asiedu Nketia lack logical thinking. The EC has the original sheets, NPP has the duplicates. Why should NPP handover the duplicates to the NDC, if NDC/EC can change figures? As we all have seen. Did they need any documents from NPP to correct the number of registered voters? No! How come they arrived at that and then came to tell Ghanaians its due to 200.000 registered Ghanaians outside Ghana. 200.000 Ghanaians are on government pay-roll, outside the country? Scholarship, diplomatic mission, military, police etc. The entire military force and Police of Ghana is not even up to 50.000. After all EC deny, that some of the officers did not sign those sheets. That is the reason why they have not paid most of their officers Now you want NPP to entrust them the basis of their evidence? Who will ensure, that they will not come up with something else.
There are no "duplicate" of oranges, that is why this comparison is totally illogical.

Yes, I am not a member of any political party. I dont believe in this colonial system and institution. However, if you chose to go by this foreign models, you should understand them properly and abide by their rules. I symphatize with individuals and not with entire parties. However, if I was suppossed to support one, I would definately not support a violent bunch of incompetent and violent riff raffs such as the P/NDC. If one is not satisfied with either party, he will choose the one, which does the least harm.

I have a bit more insight into the affairs of the leadership of the NPP as you do. Therefore I can confidently say, the SC will rule in favour of the NPP, unless the EC/NDC can prove or dispute any of the questions that have been raised so far. Which they refuse to respond to.If Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo knew that the evidence would not stand in the court of law, he would not waste our time. We Adako/Oyoko people never fight, when we know we can`t win. Its not for no reason, that we have been the most properous and powerful Akan clan.
Are you asking me, whose family was at the forefront of the founding of the CPP, why they behave like chickens?
During the colonial days, Krobo Edusei (a very influential member and interior minister during the CPP administration) rented a room at one of our family houses in Kumasi. He was able to influence most of our family members into the CPP.
My late father, a trained engineer and member of the Institute of Engineers and Technicians in London, became the first secretary of Krobo Edusei (Propaganda secretary), he personally campaigned for him in "Sekyere" area. Once, even the colonial police searched our house to arrest Krobo Edusei. During these days, founding members of the CPP almost met on a daily basis at our family house. So this place more or less became their headquarters.Later Nkrumah had wanted to produce cars in Ghana, therefore my late father was provided with a scholarship for the world famous company "Henschel Werke" in Kassel Germany (by that time they had merged with Mercedes). However, my father broke with his party and refused to return and rejected any financial assistance offered to him by the CPP administration. He was disgusted by what Nkrumah had turned the country into.
Nkrumah and his people became millionaires over night. Krobo Edusei was a poor drug seller, before his party came to power. The CPP was not all that strong in the country as a whole. The government had little authority, in particular in Asante.
By the end of the second World War, Ghana was more advanced economically and socially than most other African countries. By 1945 Ghana had the best road system, a railway and a deep water harbour and had one of the hightest per capita incomes of all the countries on the continent. Ghana then had a sizable educated elite and a rising middle class of teachers, contractors and private businessmen. By the end of 1964 Ghana was completely bankrupt. The national foreign debt grew from 64 million dollars in 1957 to 524 million in 1959 and to 770 million in 1964. Moreover, while Nkrumah urged the ordinary people to tighten their belts, he and his ministers led a life of luxury, rode in huge cars and erected buildings in the main towns from funds received from corrupt deals and bribes.By the time of the coup his wealth had increased to a total of £2,322,000, whereas his lawful earnings from 1951 to 1966 amounted to only £134,000.While he continued to place funds in foreign banks from 1962, he made the holding of foreign accounts abroad illegal. He vigorously opposed all the regional groupings, saying they would be "just another form of balkanisation".He constantly quarreled with other African heads of state, the vast majority of who opposed his dream of his "United states of Africa" and feared Nkrumahs desire to become president of Africa.
He introduced the Preventive Dentention Act, which enabled him to arrest any person without a trial (any person that was suspected of opposing his government). He turned the whole country into one concentration camp of fear, insecurity and uncertainty. He even dismissed the Chief justice and other judges, who did not rule in his favour. He turned Ghana into a one party state and made himself president for life. He seized and occupied all the key positions within his party, therefore his own people teamed up with some members of UP to overthrow him (not the NPP with cooperation of the CIA, as the propaganda of nowadays wants us to believe).
Nkruamhs megalmonia and power-drunkness were the main cause for his downfall. He showered upon himself ridiculous titles such as "Showboy", "His essianic Dedication", "Osagyefo","Fount of Honour", etc. His megalmonia made him see himself as the man destined by God to become the first president of a united Africa. It also drove him to excessive use of the Preventive Detention Act and the use of spies on his own people. When the railway workers went on strike in 1961, Nkrumah ordered strike leaders and opposition politicians arrested under the Trade Union Act of 1958.While Nkrumah had organized strikes just a few years before, he now opposed industrial democracy because it conflicted with rapid industrial development.
The death in the confined cell of the higly respected Dr. Danquah in February 1965 turned more Ghanaians against Nkrumah than any other single episode. All classes of Ghanas population turned against Nkrumah. It was J.B. Danquah, who actually gave Ghana its name, presumbly personal research had done into finding out about the link between ancient Ghana Kingdom and the Akan. Unfortunately he fell out with Nkrumah and ended up dying in prison. This man should be one of the great names mentioned among Africans. In my opionion, Danquah made a great attempt to enlighten his fellow Ghanaians. His book "the Akan doctrine of God" was the first book dealing with ancient Akan history. He also wrote some other books in the Akan language to help children and young adults identify with and learn to read their own language.
It also must be noted, that it were mainly wealthy families from Asante, who enabled Nkrumah to finance his nationwide boykotts.
If Nkrumah was still alive, he would behave like Gaddafi and their likes. In fact, Robert Mugabe (married to a Ghanaian) and many others were all trained by Nkrumah in Ghana. They received huge financial and even millitary support.
If people really believe Nkrumah was such a great hero, then they should name the entire country after him. Why are you using the name "Ghana", a name that was based on the historical research of the late Dr. J.B. Danquah?
Nana Kwabena Agyeman (Nana Bawuah) of the Nsuta-Adako royal family of Bonkron, Adako-Jachie, Asaman-Aburaso and Nsuta.

Well, I told you, that for instance Krobo Edusei was a poor drug seller, who had acquired proper wealth over night. At a time when they asked the ordinary ghanaians to tighten their belts due to economic crisis, people like Krobo Edusei bought a golden bed for his wife from the UK. People, who before their party came to power could hardly afford to pay rent, suddenly put up several mansions, owned luxurious cars, putting large amounts of monies into their foreign accounts. No wonder Ghana went from one of the richest countries in Africa to one of the poorest. I told you about Nkrumah his lawful earnings compared to what he acquired through dubious means during his time in power.

What I know by logic is that I do not have horns, since I have not lost them. If a person tells me that he lost his horn, first of all we should know if that person is freak of nature. Human beings do not grow horns, thus on what part of the body did that freak of nature grows his horn.
We must have his head examined to see where the horn was plugged from. We shall also like to know if that grass eating human being has eaten meat before.
The logic here is that grass eating animals do not eat meat and have horns, and on the other hand meat eating animals do now grow horns and man is one of such.
You can also not claim that I stole something from you yet you keep the item. Also a stolen item must exist unless it is air, and if that is stolen, then it must be in an air tight container and must be stolen together with the container.
What Ghanaians and therefore Aseidu Nketia want to know is NPP claim that votes where stolen from a number of pulling stations and Ghanaians are want to know if it is from their region or polling station that they voted from. From there we can make a lot of conclusions. But the most cardinal one is does NPP think that only their supporters have the right to vote and of brains in their head to think. NPP must put an end to this absurdity.
