we only seem to do well playing against weak teams and seem to be good at riding our luck so far however Cape Verde will shortly teach us a lesson or two about complacency.

However, the Rasta-man, Derrek Boateng, should be extra careful when he has the ball. In AFCON. one can not under rate any opposing player.
As a whole the game, Ghana vrs Niger, was nice to watch.
Well done young men and the Technical team.

Yes, the guys have done very well to get to the quarters. Are we ready to lift the cup?, yes, but we need to get the needed fluidity that will facilitate guaranteed goals against top opposition. If we do meet Ivory Coast or even the less fancied Burkina Faso, we would need to be able to pass the ball well and keep possession to be able to move the ball forward. If we gift the ball to this Ivory Coast side, it will take hard work getting it back from them. That breeds fatigue, lapse of concentration and can lead to disaster. We are a more energetic team than most, we have the players to do the job, we just need to keep the ball a bit better as we drive towards the semi-finals and the finals. I hope we do it, we can do it
