    Love your article. A person is only disabled when he lacks access to resources that will enable him function, I therefore hope the necessary resources would be made available for him to perform his duties. CONGRATS TO DR. DAA ...

    The description disabled is a more polite word than the phrase physically challenged.That description is demeaning and sounds to me insulting.

    I don't think in the Uk or US the disabled would want to discribed as physically challenged.That is indeed an insult.You go to public areas in the uk including front of houses where the label is there for all to see disabled ...
