It is almost impossible for the NPP to prove what it claims as evidence of fraud to the Supreme Court. I thank you for advising them to start preparing their defeat speeches. I further advise NPP to start conducting postmortem especially 'who' and the 'message' to present to the electorate for the 2020 elections. For the 2016 elections, it's all over with NDC gunning down over 160 MPs.

This was a very good opportunity for the NPP to show to the whole world that they were cheated, this they could do by mobilizing all their polling agents and CCTV cameras to Akatsi and Buem, since they say 99.9% of the rigging took place in NDC strongholds. But for the rigging in Akuffo Addo would have had more votes in those areas. What better opportunity to test this Hypothesis. Or Akatsi and Buem are no more part of Volta Region? Election fatigue, litigation fatigue. What is is it? Interesting times ahead, one unfortunate decision after another.

What I detest to read from authors on this issue at the supreme court is any assumption or suggestion that The supreme court would 'hide truth under the table' for the sake of anachy in the country, should it be that the petitioners have a genuine case.
'A defeatist attitude'.
'Cowards die many times before their actual death'.
And I quote;
"..For example, it is certainly in order for judges to take into consideration what will be in the interest of the “public good”. And in this case, given that the nation is by now bedding down with the reality of Mahama government, declaring Nana Addo president could distort and disrupt what seems to be the reality of the times, and could have the capacity and eventual consequence of plunging the nation into intense chaos..."
The question I want to pose to the author of this article is:
Is it possible that the supreme court could have the audacity to compromise 'thievery, corruption and injustice?
The bone of contention here is "The Truth, The whole Truth,and Nothing but The Truth".
And 'Nothing But The truth' implies if even, and God forbids, it would plunge the country into 'anarchy'.
But you see, there is no 'truth' which has resulted into 'chaos' and 'anarchy'. It is rather 'falsehood and Injustice' which always culminate into 'anarchy, chaos and confusion', because people feel cheated.
And the idea of suggesting that, for the sake of peace, there shuld not be 'Justice' or the 'start -off point', is a cheap and supid logic:
And if it is not Now, then When?
The supreme court should come out with the 'Truth'!
and there would not be any fear or contention of chaos or anarchy, because Truth is Truth
and it is better to die for 'the truth' than 'falsehood'!
All our ancestors and fore-fathers have resurrected from their graves, and are watching with the greatest interest the unprecedented outcome.
We need only the Truth and Justice and not favouritism Injustices and Corruption. This should be the breaking point>
Enough should be Enough! We need clean and not Dirty politics. Please!

What about, if this 'votes riggings' are not 'nibbed in the bud', if there was any at this or any other times, and things turn around and it happens that there is an Electoral Commissioner in future who happens to favor the NPP and keeps on rigging elections for the NPP, what would you say?
What the petitioners have done today,is for your own 'good, freedom and liberty'.
