All trokosis think alike and you can imagine if the supreme court is filled with the likes of Kpakpo with seemingly trokosi genes in his blood. The Supreme Court should throw the NPP case out because the NDC has won the majority seat in parliament. What A F***! And that Ghana should loose more money if rerun of the election is to be occasioned! So, therefore, the SC must reject the petition. I suspect Kpakpo is a a Ga man, but he definitely has some trokosi trait in his gene. Hence this foolish reasoning.

This is a clear case of a mind of a dishonest "intellectual" who has suddenly come to the realization that the NPP plaintiffs have got solid evidence before the Supreme Court and is now afraid that the NDC president is likely to lose hence your warped, twisted analysis.
Do you really think the NPP gurus will go to the Supreme Court to seek redress without having any solid evidence? You must be joking!!
Just leave the Supreme Court alone!! The members will know what to do better with a piece of solid evidence before them. I hate you wolves in democratic sheep clothing!!!

A husband and his wife who have been married 20 years were doing some yard work. The man was working hard cleaning the BBQ grill while his wife was bending over, weeding flowers from the flower bed. So the man says to his wife "Your rear ass is almost as wide as this grill" She ignores the remark.
A little later, the husband takes his measuring tape and measures the grill, then he goes over to his wife while she is bending over, measures her ass end and gasps, "Geez, it really IS as wide as the grill!" She ignores this remark as well.
Later that night while in bed, her husband starts to feel frisky. The wife calmly responds, "If you think I'm gonna fire up the grill for one little Sausage, you are sadly mistaken.

Mr Allotey, good effort on analysis but wrong interpretations and applications. You should remember that for justice to be served and to be seen to be done, the SC Justices must balance the peace and security of the state with the rights of the petitioners for justice. The Justices will not simply ignore wrong doing and conclude the status quo must remain for the sake of peace and security of the state because that in itself will threaten the peace and security that they want to preserve. That would be perverse.
You also misapplied the principle of "harmless error". That is not a blanket licence for acts that are unlawful and unconstitutional, as I understand it from my experience as a former Employment Tribunal Panel Member here in the UK. For example, in claims of unfair dismissal, after the panel has reached a decision that the Applicant was unfairly dismissed by the Respondent, it is our duty to apply the principle of "harmless error" before our final judgement.
The test is that, what would have been the final outcome, had the Respondent followed due process in terminating the contract of employment? In answering this question, a lot of consideration is given to facts of the case. Such as, what exactly led to the dismissal and the behaviour of the dismissed worker. Did his/her actions and omissions contributed to the dismissal, etc? Was the employer's behaviour in using wrong and unfair means to dismiss the worker so irrational that no rational employer would have behaved that way in similar circumstances, etc.
It is only after these issues have been addressed to our satisfaction that the final decision is made, bearing in mind that our duty is, first and foremost to dispense justice to both parties.
I totally do not share your view that the SC Justices will make their decisions solely on what the international community consider to be right or wrong but most important, on the facts of the petition. The article was one sided and it's not surprising the responses.

“HOW THE SUPREME COURT SHALL DECIDE NPP CASE!”
A Comment on the above article:
The author, Henry Kpakpo Allotey, evidences considerable bias and pre-judgments’ in his analysis of what he thinks the Supreme Court might “decide” in the above cited case. For this reason I will focus on my perceptions of the author’s biases. For example, in paragraph #2 the author speaks of credible errors or acts of malfeasants as events that the Supreme Court must rule upon, but he errors when he says that “the Court must take into account that the NDC also won the parliamentary results because…the NPP is not challenging the parliamentary results because they were declared right at the constituency collation centres before any results were transmitted to the EC (Electorate Commission) headquarters, when they were supposedly altered in favor of John Mahama and NDC.”
The author is wrong in the above statement because the leaders of the NPP have stated that there may well be additional filings from the petitioners.
In paragraph 3 the author states that if there is credible evidence of fraud the Supreme Court must be able to go further and determine what “incentive” the Supreme can identify as factual that constitutes the cause of and “for the whole of the EC (Electoral Commission) to connive” [and conspire to perpetrate the fraud] “with the NDC.”
To follow the author’s logic here would be like having a filming of which shows a man mortally shooting another person and demanding that a motivation for the intent to murder be proven before the film can be used as evidence.
The author goes on to state that if the Supreme Court finds that there has been errors or malfeasants that altered the election of Nana Akufo-Addo in favor of electing John Mahama then the Court must also determine if all of the Parliamentary elections fit the same criteria and if all of the Parliamentary elections do not fit the same criteria then that evidence of fraud in the presidential contest between Nana Akufo-Addo and John Mahama must be ignored.
The author goes on to state that even if errors and/or malfeasants is found to constitute fraud that altered the election of Nana Akufo-Addo and changed it to an election of John Mahama then that legal consequence can only be used if the Supreme Court can rule that Akufo-Addo is the winner of the election only if that decision will fit the “mood of Ghanaians in terms of maintaining, or disturbing the peace.” In addition in paragraph #7 the author goes on to allege that the Court could not rule that Akufo-Addo won the presidential election, even if John Mahama won by the EC’s decree due to fraud, if Ghana would not be governable, because the author has determined that the NDC has won control of Parliament without any element of fraud and therefore John Mahama must be the victor in the presidential contest, because the NDC could not have won the parliamentary election without John Mahama winning also the presidential election.
In paragraph 8 the author states that if “The figures could only push the two contending parties into a second round, the Court must take into account the monetary consequences and destabilization of the country in ordering for a run-off which is most likely to be won by John Mahama.” Notwithstanding the figures that have been submitted to the Court by the three leading members of the NPP would have Nana Addo Akufo-Addo winning the (50% + 1) vote share.
In paragraph 9 the author cites the “congratulatory messages” from other countries; saying that these congratulatory messages have made John Mahama the rightful president of Ghana.
In paragraph #10 the author cites as his final salvo that Ghana and the world perceives that “the judiciary is leaning towards NPP and the NPP could manipulate the courts anyhow to their advantage.” If this perception of the author were true the Ghana Supreme Court could not be a Supreme Court. Most of the world considers Ghana’s Supreme Court a truly Supreme Court and I believe the author is wrong again.

After reading your views on this matter, and it is only your views, I have concluded that your are biased and have found your views distasteful.
It would be better kept to yourself.
