    Consider cleaning the waste in our enviroment first before heading to the manufactures,just because of your hungry for taxes.Collecting taxes doesn's solve the issue of pollution.

    solve the little sanitation problems first and stop this senseless venture. there are little things dat needs to be address . they are more important than pegovian tax and carbon tax u want to venture into
