    The EC is the one that sanctioned voting on the next day in areas where the biometric machines malfunctioned. The EC asked those areas to stop voting. So any vot that occurred after that proclamation must be an invalid vote. ...

    The total of allged error from documents submitted by NPP is 1.08 million and not the alleged 1.34 million being peddled around by their lawyers.

    President Mahama is made a respondent because NPP accused and mentioned the name of Mahama in particular and the EC to have collaborated together to rig the elections in favour of Mahama.
