This is a party that is so democratic, so believes in the rule of law, holds the Supreme Court in so much reverence, has so much faith in their own evidence, that they find it necessary to hold regular press conferences to whip up public sentiments even though the case has been filed before a competent court of jurisdiction,at yesterday's hearing the Lead Counsel for the petitioners, Philip Adisson wanted the substance of his objection to be taken in camera but opposing counsel, Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata, representing the NDC, opposed the move, stating he preferred a full public hearing on Mr Addison's objections.I think we are getting there!

Nobody should try to make joke here about Nana Akufo-Addo's "all die be die" statement. Nana never said that the NPP should go to war when the NPP loses in an election; he said that supporters of his party should NOT run for their lives when they're attacked or brutalized by NDC's macho men and thugs.
I went on to explain the need to be bold to defend the ballot, since it was something worth dying for, because the NDC thugs would beat and kill people even if the ran. Unlike the NDC who urges its supporters to go kill---the Odododiodio assaut episoder is an example---Nana offered to admonish his NPP supporters to be bold and stand to defend themselves when attacked because, "all die be die" and people should run way.
Even before the elections, NDC's plot to rig the elections uncoverd on tapes, and in speeches that on of their organizers, was exposed. For a long time, the NDC have always used "buga-buga" tactics, lies and cheating to subdue people and foist their evil will on Ghanaians. That trend has got to stop!
Ghana cannot progress when the will of the people is constantly being supressed, esp through election fraud? How can John Mahama and the NDC hope to succed in govt when they know very well within their heart that they stole the elections?

Therefore for you to emphatically insinuate that wrongdoing occurred without the outcome of the ongoing Supreme Court proceedings is totally antithesis to the democratic ideals the NPP claims it is working hard to uphold by taking NDC to court. You must remember that in a democracy in which rule of law is one of the cardinal principles; everyone is assumed innocent until they have had their day in court and otherwise determined to be guilty. And since the NPP is just trying to convince the highest judicial body of the land wrongdoing took place during the just ended elections, don't you think it is premature for you or anyone else to conclude that President Mahama and the NDC won the Dec. 2012 elections fraudulently?
