This comprehensive and critique article has set my brains vibrating. These vibrations landed me on the Bible, and precisely on a 'convict' called Joseph, the son of Jacob , the senior brother of Benjamin, from the womb of their mother, Rachel.
King Pharoah had a dream. Joseph , the convict or prisoner ,was the only person who was able, through the help of The Almighty God to interprete.
King Pharoah said. Joseph, I see that God is with you; And if your god had been able to reveal to you what would be coming upon my Kingdom, Egypt, I would make you one of my Lieutenants and in our present day political positions: 'a Minister of Agriculture'.
The questions I ask myself are these:
Why is it that Ghanaians are more capable to 'destroy than construct'? 'Easier to criticize than suggest';
'Finding problems instead of finding solutions'.
Dr Danso, if God has revealed all these problems to you, what are your suggestions? What are your solutions? And what are your contributions?
You are either part of the problem or part of the solution. You cannot be part of both or sit on the peripheral of the problems.
Dr Danso, What are your suggestions and answers? Ghana need your answers or solutions if you have been able to locate the problems.
Please you do not need to wait to be appointed a Minister before you share your ideas; and I think if you continue to share your ideas either on this forum, Ghanaweb, or a personal letter to The President, The President, will find time to read. And you would be called Ghanaian 'Joseph'.

Kwaku, keep on fighting. It is extremely important that certain vital things, including the ingredients for success as a nation in the twenty-first century, be made known. The call for appropriate institutions and structures, not forgetting accountability, responsibility & probity, must be sounded as high as possible. Transparency, innovation, and above all, education, will provide the key to uncovering the ingredients.
