Attention. A Hutu holdout is sighted at Nassau Community College. There is a massive search to trap and relocate him to Kigali.
Warning: The Culprit is full of ethnic hatred and he is a menace to civil society. He has penchant for making rabid and rancid tribal remarks when Ghanaians of all gender, class party and ethnic identities gather to develop national unity and group harmony. He is morbid and he wants company in his self-pity.
He belongs to the "Interahamwe" of Hutu and the "Mai Mai" militia of DRC. Please Do not approach the culprit. He is full of dangerous ranting.

I resent two breeds of Ghanaian citizens, namely, crooked politicians who apply methods of criminal complicity to breach the democratic rule of law in order to illegitimately entrench themselves in the seat of power, on the one hand, and self-righteous men (and women) of the proverbial cloth who use the name of Divine Providence and the political benefit of bribery to play mischief with the inviolable rule of law and the salutary search for justice in a democratic culture such as Ghana’s robust, albeit fledgling, Fourth-Republican dispensation.
