Does (2) below means those who voted have rights and those who were disenfranchised don't? Pray tell us how the disenfranchized masses could have defended their constitutional rights - through war, mayhem, protests, courts, etc?

In opposition they allowed the Kufuor regime to mind its own business. As a result the NPP looted the Ghana government for eight good years. The fat cats looted the economy from cash (Kwadwo Mpiani), bungalow (Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey), cooking pots (Sekyi-Hughes) etc…..70% of the richest people in Ghana are NPP apparachicks. In the case of NPP, they believe they know better than anybody else and they are the only people who have the divine right to rule Ghana thus they oppose everything NDC does if it is not from the NPP, whether good or bad, from, Chinese loans, judgment debts, appointments and even the inauguration of President Mahama. This enabled the NDC to always be on their toes in whatever they do. From this observation, you can all agree with me that the NPP are better in opposition than NDC. Fellow Ghanaians, let us ensure that NPP remains in opposition for thirty years. After that time NDC will improve everything and NPP will come back and rule Ghana till thy kingdom come.

The right to live is a colossus among fundamental human rights that it is entrenched in both the constitution and universal declarations. Unfortunately however, ritual murders for money inter alia, have been a chronic primitive culture among Ashantis.
The most primitive of its form which started long before Oti Akenten (3rd Asante king) became king in mid 17th century to date, in the 21st century, is the ‘royal servitude ritual murders’ where many servants are savagely buried alive with chiefs with the moronic belief that their services transcend the boundary of mortality; to serve the chief in the next world. The only effect of modernity and civilisation on this culture is that the number of candidate servants for this barbaric ritual has reduced. Revulsive as it is, even the Asantehene who died recently was a ‘beneficiary’ – the doubtful can check from Manhyia inner circles.
Compare this to the now abolished trokosi system; at least the victims are accorded the most cardinal human right – the right to live, unless you are ignorant of trokosi. It is also a common knowledge that in the past very young innocent (virgin) Asante girls, even from the royal family were forced to sleep with men from other tribes including slaves from Upper Volta (now Burkina) who have bigger and stronger stature, so that they could reproduce candidates for Kingship. That is why we have giants like Kuffour and current the Asantehene – descendants of that practice. Most of these girls were camped and kept as ‘reproduction machines’ to produce warriors for the Asante wars.
Every tribe has bad culture practices which we must all work to change. Stop tagging other tribes from under the shells of your more damnable culture.
Research into your history and culture and you will realise you have logs in your eyes compare to spikes in the eyes of others.

(1) Voting is for Ghanaians. In this case the voters register contains names of all Ghanains qualified to vote and who have registered to do so. It even has pictures of such candidates. And the candidates have also in their possesion ID CARDS. So there were so many ways to identify the voter as a Ghanaian even aprt fro the voter's ID CARD. So obviously the writers argument does not leave room for any person at all to show up and vote.
(2)Yes those who voted even without BVD are justified to do so once they have been identified through other available authorised means as agreed by the various agents and the EC representative. In fact the recordings on the pink sheet provides for this. It is unfortunate that some polling stations did not understand this and failed to take advantage of this to the benefit of the voters who turned up but failed only the BVD test. But the fact remains that this failure at certain stations does not cancel the voting rights of others at the stations that understood the system and took due advantage of it to cast rtheir votes. Yes i agree with you that those disadvantaged could not take to war, protests, mayhem etc etc. So we put the blame on the EC rep and more on the polling agents of the parties who falied in their duties of understanding the rules and thus deprived such voters of their rights.
Conclusion: The bottom line is that all the above issues cannot result in cancelling the votes at the affected polling stations as being demanded by the Challengers of the election results. They were adminstrative lapses that could not be taken as any schemes or rigging by any party. The rigging issue and accusation of a particular party does not wash one bit.

Where are the remaining 2,002 polling centres located? Ghanaians need to know because evidence from those centres may have huge implications on what the NPP claim. Let us assume some or most of these centres are in the strong holds of the NPP (eg. Bantama, Manhyia, Tafo, Kibi etc) and are also found to have been involved in the alleged electoral fraud, it must come out.
NPP must be truthful to the people of Ghana. Afterall they had nearly 3 weeks to assemble their so called 'evidence'.

Now she's feeling really good about herself. She stops in a drug store on her way down the street. She goes up to the counter to get some mints and asks the clerk this burning question.
The clerk responds, "Oh, I'd say 30." Again she proudly responds, "I am 50, but thank you."
While waiting for the bus to go home, she asks an old man waiting next to her the same question. He replies, "Lady, I'm 78 and my eye sight is going. Although, when I was young, there was a sure way to tell how old a woman was.

Is it not interesting that Paul Parker clearly states and agrees, point 2 lines 24 and 25, that 'all the various polling agents agreed to allow those who cannot be identified by the use of BVD but have been identified by the use of the photo albulm to vote' but fails to agree that similarly all the political parties agreed at IPAC that, 'no verification no vote'? Where in the constitution or the CI75 does the law state that polling agent have the right to over-rule decisions made at IPAC? Moreso when CI75 clearly states that the voter shall go through BV.
