Daniel Pryce it interests me when people like you try to let the rest of us believe that might is always right. When the presidents if the U.S. and their dolls like you accuse others of being dictators some of us do ask so when will the U.S. become civilized and be a nation of reason.
First of all when the matter is about freedom of association the constitution of the U.S. does not grant that right. Thus there are two big rightist political parties in the U.S. which do not want competition from other small parties as is the case in some "uncivilized" countries, including Ghana.
The constitution of the U.S. bares parties with socialist ideas from both congress and senate, thus the freedom of conscience is not guaranteed in the U.S.
Another issue is that when a country which constitution supports and defend racial segregation, which is the waste form of dictatorship and is not further from slavery call others who respect the dignity of others as human persons, then, people like Daniel Pryce, just like his doll masters turn logic on its head.
In 1966 racial segregation was still a law in the U.S. constitution. Thus Nkrumah just as Pryce were regarded as animals less than the white man's dog. The U.S. and her NATO partners supported apartheid South Africa, Rhodesia and the fascist regimes in southern Europe that Kwame Nkrumah on the other hand fought and in the long run uprooted.
When the U.S. fought against British domination it was not only about an American flag but socioeconomic independence. Thus it is an irony and self deception when people who some years ago fought against socioeconomic domination call another a dictator because he aspires to achieve the same, without part of the population being slaves and not forcing others with arms to consume opium.
U.S. use arms to overthrow British colonialism and Ghana under the leadership of Kwame Nkrumah use constitutional means to overthrow British colonialism. Thus the logic is that U.S. did not use democratic means to attain her independence. But Ghana being a former British colony just like the U.S. use constitutional and democratic means to attain independence.
Ghana in both internal and external matters did not use force as a means of attaining her goals, apart from assisting others to gain their independence through long drawn armed revolution against colonialist in Africa. The U.S. said it was in the side of democracy however it supported both fascist colonial powers and apartheid regimes in Africa.
The U.S. has never attain her foreign policy goals through peaceful means, therefore can not claim right to democracy, not forgetting its long period of racial segregation and some of the racial laws that still remain in her statute books.
A country that boast of democracy was unable to solve the Korean, Vet Namese issues through any civilized means, and recently in Libya and now in Syria through force of arms. Pupil and people in that democracy which is said to be civilized solve petty misunderstanding between children through the use of arms.
It is on record that Nkrumah even as alleged to be a dictator did not bombed U.P. meetings and rallies, but the latter which boast of democratic credentials bombed even school children on parade, because that is what is done in the U.S.
That also reminds us of the torching of a Negro who is suspected of sleeping with a white woman.
The U.S. is such a delicate glass house and those in it should stop throwing wishful and cooked up stones. That also reminds us of the invented weapons of mass destruction by George Bush Jnr.

Going through the tuquoques that Pryce used to fend off the numerous criticisms that his article generated makes me wonder why people bother to voice their disapproval to his sophomoric analysis of Kwame Nkrumah. Pryce comes across as one of the snubs who feel their status in society ossifies them as the untouchable doyen of Ghanaian political discourse. He forgets that the days of soto voce foisted upon us by his avatar Rawlings is no more. Today’s setting embraces only dialectical interactions.
