Markets (specialized), schools and road networks should lead to the discovery and investments in other areas. Finally, publicity and the media should announce and advertise other areas, all these can also relieve traffic congestion, slums,filth and the social vices in the cities. Think about a mega entertainment and a pleasure resort outside the city of Accra ?
