Selfishness, greed, ignorance and disobedience are the 4 major ingredients of failure in Ghana. Most Ghanaians fall into at least 2 sets of people: Set (1); Selfish & Greedy Leaders and Set (2); Ignorant and disobedient masses or public. So, it is extremely hard to solve any problems in Ghana and protect the people of Ghana by telling them that the practice of "POLITICAL APPOINTMENTS" must be abolished and that, every top government official must henceforth be elected by votes. Most of the few smart people of Ghana are selfish and greedy with the fame and ability to infiltrate government or leadership in Ghana. So, they are not ready or willing to protect everyone in Ghana by abolishing that corruptive practice called political appointments of looting and sharing. Most of the masses or the public are also ignorant and disobedient, so they will never listen to you or understand that their voices can help you fight against political appointments in an efforts to protect them. This is why we continue to corruption in Ghana and cycles of poverty with a wide income gap between the few rich (less than 5%) and the most poor people in society (over 50%) with just a small percentage blend of financial status. I prophesy that until the practice of political appointments are abolished, most Ghanaians will continue to remain poor.
