I need not write anything long. The fact is that whiles we are following a national insurance health Service, even Britain which was our colonial master has adopted a National Health Scheme, which is free medical care.

I need not write anything long. The fact is that whiles we are following a national insurance health Service, even Britain which was our colonial master has adopted a National Health Scheme, which is free medical care.
There are a lot of cheating of patients who attend hospitals both state and private.
In the majority of cases the national health insurance scheme is dead as patients are made to pay full cost for consultation and medication.
What I would like the state to do is that the basic medical care and drugs under the scheme must be displayed in both state and private hospital that provide services under the scheme.
That will enable patient to know if they are short charged or not.
