All is not well between the Christian community and the NDC Government. When the Police called the Christian Council and the Imam, which big 'Pastor' attended? No Moderator of the Presbyterian Church, No Chairman of the Methodist Church, etc, etc. A cold war is brewing between the Government and the Christian Leadership. The NDC did all it could to destroy the National Cathedral when in opposition. After succeeding, the same NDC turns around to mock it.

Blame it on Mr Okudjeto. Mixing a monunent of spiritual significance and acknowledgement of God's goodness and mercies upon Ghana with bread abd butter, cement and mortar, schools ubder trees almosr demonising and creating a band wagon of antagonists to demonise the project.. The Christian Church should own the project. Quickly open it up for payments to individuals wanting a guided tour of the site for edification and prayer for the nation. The other day it was people trying to mock the project by venting their anger pulling down hoarding and fencing materials, some jumped into the foundation trench filled with water. The young men were only saved they could have injured themselves with reinforcing steel bars protruding from the footings and mat.Mixing galamsey protests and politics with a national cathedral. Barcelona has just completed a cathedral monument in honour of Jesus Christ after 144 years in building. Let's give honour to God where honour is due. We shall all outlive cathedrals if Jesus tarries.
