I remember guys going from Sectech to Nurtico then to sea on Star Line River Narkwa. These are all memories now and I pity the students now. A wasted hope.

Nautical College ( Nautico) now Maritime University.
It was established by Kwame Nkrumah, I guess to train English speaking West African Maritime ( Merchant ) Cadets in various Maritime programs.
