There was no reason to clear this lady regardless. Mahama with his influence backed by the supreme court made it possible. It is very sad the same people who preach virtue are practicing the vice. This same corrupt son of a gun wants to go extra mile over his tenure. Wake up Ghanaians.

Jack, if the lady is guilty, she has to pay the price. However, you don't send her to jail without evidence. Everyone deserves a fair trial.

Jack,
The case was prosecuted under the NPP, the Judge approved her traveling for medical treatment. Her appeal was filed in 2024 when NPP was in power. The three-member Appeals Court judges who acquitted her were appointed by Nana Addo. So where does Mahama come?
NPP was in a hurry to prosecute NDC appointees and felt they could use any trump-up charges to do so.
The problem is not with Mahama and NDC or even the judges or the judiciary system, it is political vendetta gone wrong.

If this is true why the circuit high court judge converted her for 10 years? That implies the judge was not following the rules.
