So, he set up the State Construction Corporation (SCC), Ghana Industrial Holding Corporation (GIHOC), Ghana Shipyard, State Housing Corporation (SHC), State Fishing Company (SFC), Tema Dry Duck, Food Production Corporation (FPC), Food Distribution Corporation and the Workers' Brigade (WB) which had a multi task, from farming, carering, food selling and construction.
