Thank you for raising this interesting topic. Ghana needs talent in all areas of development and there are Ghanaians around the globe with talent but we have decided to exclude them because of so called security issues. Just like you pointed out we celebrate these same people when they raise the flag yet they cannot serve in public office. We acknowledge their remittances as a crucial part of GDP yet keep them out of sharing knowledge to improve the country. It is about time to take a critical look into this and rectify it for the sake of developing Ghana OUR COUNTRY.
