I remember what former prime minister, Busia, said about floods in Accra, and the reception from the people called "Nkranfuo". Folks, I am not ruffling feathers here, but I remember what "Nkranfuo" told Busia then that he was trying to redirect the "Sea to Kumasi" with the suggestion he made about solving the flooding of the capital.
Now, imagine, the flooding problems were solved then, what would be the discussion today?
Ghanaians are similar to the "Vulture" who swore to build a nest during heavy rainstorm, but as soon as the rains stop and the weather becomes clear, the best the vulture thought was to go to near dumpsite and scavenge.

Very Poor planning. I do not know who can rectify it without mass demolitions. Ghana has failed big time.
