I think the body has enough stored energy to run off on hence breakfast is overrated especially for the majority of the population. Skipping breakfast helps me focus and drives up energy in the morning. Instead of that being full and sluggish in the early mornings . and face for the majority of professionals the first half of the day is when about 80% of your work is done.
I understand some circumstances in which individuals will have to focus of breakfast due to their unique circumstance. Mothers do a lot but i dont break fast IS, it may be, a risk to health.
