  Poor and unreseached posting. Publican AI solutions is a Delaware USA registered company.
  
  It develops the shipment screening AI-based software used in over 35 countries in the world. The software essentially uses AI to detect fraud in shipment documentation.
  
  AmandSTL, an Israeli company based in Ghana has licensed that software from Publican AI and most likely tweaked it for Ghana's environment.
  
  If it serves its purpose of detecting fraud, that should be good for Ghana. However, the stiff oppositin of this software seems a deliberate attempt by the trade Ghanaian groups to evade paying high customs tarrifs after their fraud have been uncovered.
  
  I smell rot all over the Ghanaian ports from a million miles away.

You certainly do not know better than 35+ GOVERNMENTS, Customs & Tax authorities, and Law Enforcement agencies across the globe who use Publican Ai. Furthermore, last time I checked, your nation, Ghana, was out there begging for alms because of the rotten inefficiencies in our systems, people like you wish we never fix. Propse a proven credible altenative or shut your trap.
