  Well written and a thought-provoking piece. The financial institutions together with government and community leaders must work together to provide the much-needed education and awareness creation. The trust gap, in my opinion, is wider than all the others mentioned in the article and could only be bridged by the avoidance of bureaucracy and implementation of common-sense strategies aimed at winning the minds and hearts of the least among us.
