  Dr Abena Nyarkoa is an idiot. She used children as example, but Consent only happens between adults. A child under a certain age, depending on the country DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONSENT, therefore does not have the right to say yes to sexual advances from an adult. Even if she says yes, her perceived "consent" is invalid under the law and criminalizes the adult pursuing the child. The responsibility is placed on the adult to make sure their potential sexual suitors are not underage.
