The go to western lands for degrees yet criticize western governments.
Why don't they go to China or Russia for their degrees?

they dont implement what they learnt overseas when they return to ghana. but their colleagues in the west apply what they learnt to make their western economies better. thats the difference

After getting those "Western Degrees" do they apply them in Ghana to better the nation? What they do is crafty stealing, and they wish they can empty the treasury with those "Western Degrees".
