  The nation has the human potentials but if the local authorities do not care and are just interested seating in their air conditioned offices nothing will happen.
  In other to make this work, banking system should also be improved not only to assure accountancy of where government resources put in those efforts can be retrieved but also introduce the banking education of those who have no big knowledge about our banking system.

  Its refreshing to have fresh and knowledgeable authorities who are equipped with the know how to improve small, micro and medium enterprises.
  Your background helps with the challenges that we face as one of the driving forces to a thriving economy but are the least supported and looked at .
  I always say in all developed countries, its small , micro and medium enterprises that
  provide Jobs and aid to success in the growth of the job market .And thats why if you look at countries with a strong economy, they focus in providing assistance to enterprises with verifiable businesses.
  No enterprise needs more help than agribusiness since its usually hard work without initial financial support or start up grants. I hope you will encourage the change in the culture of helping agribusiness not only to succeed but to move from the old practices selling of raw materials but where possible to branch into export of processed goods.

  After staying in America for 40 years I purchased 5 acres of land in which i plan to do commercial fish farming as I relocated back home. I have secured enough funds to start my project. I hopefully think it will be going smooth sailing, but as with any business Im pretty sure i might have some challenges. If financial, i hope your department is open to helping small businesses that are startup and have a future in them and have solid backing or a colateral that can secure in finances to see the project through.

  There are a lot more i know who are interested in starting businesses of their own yet, get caught up in the tax jungle and end up folding up.
  i hope your office Can help such businesses have some breathing period to thrive.
