  Its a very good thing to suggest though. Most of our brilliant IT graduates are been underutilised. They could be writing programmes to monitor and track traffic offenders as done in the UK. it generates much funds for the go ...

  Its a very good thing to suggest though. Most of our brilliant IT graduates are been underutilised. They could be writing programmes to monitor and track traffic offenders as done in the UK. it generates much funds for the government and no one could escape and offense. every vehicle has a licensed plate which could be linked to the registered owner. Easy to catch and send tickets to offenders to pay. Nice way to increase revenue.
