What then would you say about Kumasi, Takoradi...? How much has the government done anywhere in this country apart from evil, narcissistic politicians fleecing the country? What have you seen anywhere in Ghana?

As a neutral onlooker, I sincerely think the people of the Western/Western North regions should have written this. I call them the hen that lays the golden eggs for our country - yet a recent Vlog by YouTuber Amaru Shakhur brought me to tears about the suffering of the people of Enchi- Elubo area.
I think governments should look at these regions given all the resources coming from there - gold, oil, manganese, Timber, bauxite, Rubber, Cocoa, etc - they got them!

If you want development, don't let any party take you for granted. Let politicians know that if they don't give you what you want, they will not get your vote. One party knows that whether it gives you development or not, they can count on your votes. So, they don't care about you. The other party also knows that whether they give you development or not, they cannot count on you. So they don't care about you.

Here is the case. Volta does not have to rely on the government for development. The region has to diversify and stay away from industries and concentrate on developing tourism. Solicit Volta funding from the wealthy and the diaspora, with a thorough and convincing plan laid out. Example, mountain sky cable glide from Adaklu Mountain to the village downhill.Lake side forest bamboo built resorts-learn that from the Philippines. Broad Volta water motor boat racing-learn from the USA,high mountain resorts and developed walkways in Amedzofe-learn that from Vietnam, and more. Become good and fast thinkers to create a unique avenue for your own province. Africans always give reasons why they can't achieve anything.
