  Thank you Dr. Amankwah. I also noticed the meaninglessness of some of these awards. I wrote about it to the papers in 2020 or 2022. The day the CEO of ECG was crown as the best CEO of a state-owned enterprise in West Africa, a large part of Abelemkpe was in the dark for the second day for something to do with phase 2 or 3. Every year, I see awards for the HR management yet we (at least) I don't see anything suggesting improved human resource management.
