If the man did not leave a will that he will be accorded all the burial ceremonies by the weeded wife only, then the law does not ban the unweeded wife from being at the late husband's burial and taking part in all the burial ceremonies.

If there's a hypocrite in the case, it has to be you. Ghanaians are not the ones haggling in courts over his name, it's his two 'wives' who are fighting each other in court. You claim it's not a crime to have two wives, yet you fail to disclose details on the legalities involved by his marriage to one woman in Germany and a subsequent 'marriage' to another woman with whom he lived in Ghana. The public gets involved in these discussions because the family members bring their feuds to the public domain.
