  What a good analyses! Counting chicks before their hatching has always been our politicians strategy to hook win the large unemployed youth, a very bad strategy of creating disbelief in our leaders. Jobs are a necessity in human life without which life will be unbearable, it is therefore not right for our leaders to promise job seekers of nonexistent ones. It worsens the situations of the jobless.
