The financial mess/crime he caused would take years to normalise. He is a fugitive of justice and must be made to return and face justice just like any other Ghanaian. Failure to do so would set a horrible precedent that will haunt this country forever. Ken is typical description of 'holier than thou'. Always in white but with a 'dark heart'.

  If you don't see anything wrong, then you have a problem. Do you know the pain hebhad caused many Ghanaians with his administration's DDEP? Do you know how much I lost in the little investment i had? We ended up this way because of his appetite for and his reckless borrowing, all because his Databank will benefit financially from the loans taken (which in itself is a serious conflict of interest issue). Are you aware of decisions he and his cousin Akufo-Addo unilaterally took that have negatively affect Ghanaians? Have you taken time to look at the SML deal, the so-called National Cathedral project, etc? Ofori-Atta arrogated certain powers to himself and committed so many finanacial infraction that havebaffected the state and individuals. He was always thinking of stealing. When power was about to change hands, suddenly he realised he was sick and needed medical attention abroad.

Ofori-Atta has to be present to be charged and this is what he is delaying to do. Those of you who support these daylight robberies on Ghanaians have no brain, unless you're also benefiting from the loot.

  You're not serious. When K4 was chasing NDC officials from the Rawlings era, did you call that selective prosecution? Victor Selormey returned from medical trip abroad and availed himself to be tried. When he was imprisoned and his health deteriorated, all effort to get him abroad for medical treatment was refused by the K4 administration. He was only sent to Korle-Bu to die. George Sipa Yankey, Kwame Peprah and Tsatsu Tsikata were all jailed for trivial issues compared to the gargantuan ones we have witnessed under corrupt Akufo-Addo. Some trials were discontinued on good grounds; how long did it take Opuni to be tried? When all evidences and witness submissions indicated nothing against Opuni, your vindictive NPP administration was bent on jailing the man, all because of politics. As for the Ato Forson's trial, we all know the agenda, and that case was quashed even before the NDC came to power. If you want Ofori-Atta to walk a free man despite the allegations levelled against him, then you don't deserve to live in Ghana. I will describe you as the worse among the nation wreckers.
