The mandate for Mahama running a third term will come from Ghanaians if he performs well to change Ghana . The constitution is just a written document and is subject to amendment. Ghanaians just wants a positive change in their standard of living and if president Mahama is able to deliver beyond our expectations, Ghanaians will demand that he stays for a third term . Ghanaians are disappointed in the NPP and should not comeback to power.
