  The 24 Hour economy is a must. I live in New York city and it is a fact, the city never sleeps. Everything is operating 24 hours nonstop, 24/7. For Ghana to grow, there is the need for the 24 hour economy. What has been launched is not different from 1D1F.
  Let's go back to Osagyefo's industrialization program. He says when he took over as Leader of government business in 1951, there was no factory in Ghana, so he embarked on building factories which formed GIHOC later on. This is what Ghana must repeat now. The problem is lack of funds for this government. In order for the government to get any funding, they must listen to my mantra; ALL AFRICAN GOVERNMENTS MUST TAKE ABSOLUTE CONTROL OF OUR MINERALS AND EXPLOIT THEM FOR OUR OWN DEVELOPMENT INSTEAD OF GIVING IT AWAY FOR FREE.
  Burkina Faso has started and are now able to fund initiatives. Mali and Niger are also doing the same. Unfortunately, Ghana is perfectly a neo-colonial state ruled by multinational conglomerates who have become untouchables and looting the resources of the nation.
