The chaft from the oil palm seeds, jatropha and other oil seeds can be compressed into animal feed and burnt into charcoal.
The raw material for the solar panel is sand, aluminium, copper and other electricity conductor.
Solar panels need extensive heat to produce, burning silicon (sand) to a melting point that produce a liquid substance that is mixed with melted electricity conductors to produce the semiconductor as a solar panel.
There too heat is needed for that process. We don't have coal to generate that heat, so we can depend on the chaff from the biofuel seeds to generate that heat, applying pressurized oxygen to produce the needed thermal capacity to melt both the silicon and the conductors.
Availability silicon from the delta of most of our rivers will as well ignite the production of glass for construction and drinking glasses.
