  The CARNAGE on Ghana's roads is not new. In a country which turnsout engineers yearly from our universities, some wonder as to why such issues don't have priority attention.
  By now, since Independence, ALL ROADS TO ALL REGIONAL CAPITALS should have been 2-lanes in EACH direction.
  Ghana has BORROWED so much money FOR BUILDING QUALITY HIGHWAYS...but where are they? We are too DAFT to prioritise the NEEDED STEPS to a meaningful development!
  High rise buildings in ACCRA doesn*t equal DEVELOPMENT!
