VRA should be up and doing. It's long overdue. My first visit to the place was appalling if not horrible. It took quite some time to get to the town centre. As the entry point to the community, VRA should have found it wise at least to construct a first class road to link the town. VRA should wake and wise up.

Kenzo Obeng's appointment was met with protest both within and without the VRA but it fell on deaf ears. The guy is corrupt inside out. He brings his own single handedly appointed vendors for VRA contracts who turn around to charge way more than market value. Staff speak up and you are either transferred or fired. Investigate and see

Where is loudmouth Okletey Terlabi? Tell him he has a missed call from Akuse,to think that these hapless people have consistently voted for NDC and continue to do so with nothing to show, are they collectively hypnotized?

John Mahama, who has just taken over from the previous administration, is a listening president. Submit your petition to him in a humble way and wait for the result, instead of theatening. You better appologise and do the needful.

What do you expect? Obeng-Kenzo is only interested in sleeping with his female staff, both married and unmarried.

I can testify that VRA has done tremendously well for the Community. Before the end of last year 2024, the road from the main Akosombo Highway to the Akuse town was in a very terrible state. VRA used its own resources to repair and upgrade the road to the junction to their power plant. None of the companies that ply the road with its huge trucks, like the Banana Farms and the Sand winning Companies, supported VRA in any form in the repair works that was undertaken.
Yet, the community has the audacity to call out VRA and threatened the survival of its assets if the road in the Akuse township is not repaired. Ridiculous!!
Credit VRA for stepping in to repair the substantial stretch of the road and appeal to the president through your MP to continue with the remaining stretch entering the main Akuse town.

Stop blaming only VRA. VRA has done its part. How do the users of those heavy trucks which carry sand and make profit also help the situation? The Akuse people are also part of the problem. They are not interested in the development of their own town. They sleep especially on weekends. The market is empty on Thursdays which is supposed to be a market day. Nobody will develop Akuse. They people must be serious.

Rawlings was a bisexual who preferred men exceedingly. It is well known that all his close guards were fair game for him. He was of course a serial murderer.

Do more research on the time the Dam was constructed. This Dam was built by I.K. Acheampong and can never be 1980.
Writer, please take note of history.
