  Why cannot the State Institutions to be allowed to perform independently as required by the Constitution of GHANA ---they must not belong to any Ruling GOVERNMENT.
  The more reason for the POLICE SERVICE.ARM FORCES--EOCO;NIB ;ELECTORAL COMMISION --CIVIL SERVICE and other such State Organizations why must be upright in the execution of their functions. If all such INSTITUTIONS are allowed to function without any partisan flare ---CORRUPTION & EFFICIENCY shall be a hallmark.
