  It is just too early into the tenure of Mahama to suggest that he runs for another term . Ghanaians must pay attention to his appointees instead of the President. Mahama must have good intentions and will like to leave behind a good legacy but it is his appointees that Ghanaians must monitor. Let’s stick to the constitution regarding the tenure of the President.

Blay is trying to get the NDC to think that they can try to push Mahama for a third term and not encounter any pushback from the NPP. It's nothing but a ploy to get the NDC to incur public discontent should the NDC take Blay's bait. Ghana does not need to tweak the Constitution to give Mahama the right to contest for a third term. The term limit as it stands must be respected and Mahama should therefore not let NPP tricksters pollute his mind into trying to run for a third term.

  Mr. Freddie Blay must be out of his mind for him to call for a Mahama third term. Maybe he had a shot of Ghana gin (Akpetashie) and was feeling woozy in his mind when he uttered that nonsense. It is typical of Ghanaian/African politicians: when they are in power, all they think about is how to hold onto power for good. That is exactly what Freddie Blay was contemplating in his mind when he made that mindless call.
  Let it be known to Freddie, that if he doesn't know by now, that Ghanaians are not as stupid as he thinks, we are as intelligent as anyone can be and are not ready to take any bullshit from no one.
  Please, read the Constitution and familiarize yourself with the section that deals with the Presidential Term Limit. A word to the wise is enough, and no more mindless calls, hopefully.
