Afenyo, has shown so far to be a disgrace to the profession, he claims to belong to and always ready to make people know and think he is a lawyer by quoting legal jargons where he should not. Also in the same token he has demonstrated that he is not fit to be a legislator. When is he going to fight for the ordinary Ghanaian who can steal or destroy state asset and assault a state security personnel? In any proper functioning democracy he would have no choice but to resign as an MP let alone leader of the minority in parliament. Even his position as a practicing lawyer will become concerning. But in Ghana we have politicians who know no shame and feel they should be given the right to steal from the state but ordinary people doing same must go to jail.

Why did the attorney General discontinue all pending criminal cases against prominent ndc persons. In my humble opinion, that is where the action should start from at this point in time.

Well said. It looks like Harunah Idrrisu who benefited from lack of prosecution was used by the NPP Government. He has traded a fine political career. Little wonder he was changed as the Minority Leader of his Party.
