  Hit it on Mahama, he seems to seriously misunderstand the exigencies of his mandate as a president, an intelligent one as such.
  
  I don't understand him because, even if it's too early, he is committing too many errors for comfort, and many serious issues seems to elope his careful attention and comprehension. I'm vividly baffled.
