Fact: Ghana has always have a lot of fraudulent people in government and everywhere, and so has Visa scams.

Fact: Corruption will always be there UNTIL three things change; the Judiciary, the Law Enforcement and the dispensation of justice.

Fact: Ghana will remain poor UNTIL there's about 40% patriotic citizens. Sorry, there's just about 10%! patriotic citizens in Ghana.
