  Massa, you speak like an ignoramus. The country was totally broke due to reckless chop-chop and economic mismanagement. But luckily, the country currently has knowledgeable techonocrats who able to prioritise national resource allocation. So they are able to budget responsibly and handle the free SHS better as well as redirect the country towards the path of growth.

  John Mahama is feeling intense pressure to maintain the free SHS because remember what he said. He said that the free SHS was the promise of desperate politician and if he had two billion cedis, he would not use it for the free SHS program so, what do you mean by your comment?
